Today .we learnt about different organisations and their different structures.
we also learnt about what business is made of which is process.
Example: customers,marketing,sales and each process is made of routine and things you need to do. which increase knowledge and performances .

We also talked about operational level
Every organisation has three level: Executive level, operational level and Management level.

we also talked about the five forces porters.

At  the seminar we did  Susie music shop in excel
by doing some calculation .
