SUMMARY
Being part of the Tech solution team to work on on busybodies challenge was very challenging and stressful at first.My group member were not motivated and they were hardly attending seminars so i felt like left alone . Then i realise that this is all what group work was about the challenges.
So i decided to do do something by encouraging my group members to attend lecturers in seminars.
At first it did not work so i had to bring Size in to talk to them and tell them how important it was to work as team to achieve this project. When Suzie came in, they finally realise that it was time to do something since we were way behind compare to other teams in the class. we started meeting and discussing and sharing ideas with was great experience and fun. IN over all i have learned that a team work is not easy as it looks and that different reasons motivated different people.
I also learned that listening and being patience is also important in team work .
In conclusion we all enjoyed the work and even ended gaining experience and learning more about IT stools that really make life life easy in the business world.

Today lecture was the following of week 8
Software sas a service: XaaS
we first watched a video about IT resources then the lecturer explained that the software as a service says or haas mean everything or infinite resources. That it is a supporting and managing information system needs.
Utility computing
company hirer resources such as datas storage,processing, networking from an external provider on an as needed basis.
IS Infrastucture Trend:
the model allow to process on demand network accost shared computing resources that can be rapidly provisioned and released with less effort or service provider.
Advanced cloudApplications:
Cloud does improve performance of online sites,reducing wait time latency.
it move datas storages away from the central location
the cloud advance grid computing: is for more complex tasks such as large number of smaller independent.
Cloud application green computing: is all about driving forces power bills culture eat...

Today lecture was about Management, leadership and followers.
Managers:
To manage is to forecast an plan ,to organised ,to command.
Leaders: you do not learn to be a leader, you have to be born with the ability of a leader.
leaders knows how to manage people and how to get the best out of people.
they inspire people make them look up to them.

Today lecturer we completed week 3 lecturer which was about issues with the managing the IS infrastructure.
Increasing pace of modern technology caused:
Software obsolescence: company like Microsoft are continuously developing new and improved software.
the new operating system often require new hardware therefore older generation application software are incompatible with new one.
Plan Obsolescence:
product are the design just for a short period of time therefore organisations are oblige to make Decision and make changes or update their system.
