Today lecture was about Management, leadership and followers.
Managers:
To manage is to forecast an plan ,to organised ,to command.
Leaders: you do not learn to be a leader, you have to be born with the ability of a leader.
leaders knows how to manage people and how to get the best out of people.
they inspire people make them look up to them.
Followers: they also play a very important role because the first followers can motivate others to follow also .

we did discussed in group the challenges that the buzziez Bodie company is facing and try to come up with some solution that could help the company.
